Three ply shuttering plywood
For construction use, the function of the triply shuttering panel is the same as Film Faced Plywood, in various Countries, constructions adopt alternative Film Faced Plywood, Three Ply Shuttering Plywood or 3 Ply Shuttering Panel. Three layers Shuttering panels are made of three Ply with thickness of 9mm fir wood strips of each ply.
Size: 970 x 500 mm , 1000 x 500 mm , 1500 x 500 mm , 1970 x 500 mm , 2000 x 250 mm , 2000 x 300 mm , 2000 x 500 mm , 2000 x 1000 mm , 2500 x 500 mm , 3000 x 500 mm.
Thickness:21mm (3 x 7mm), 27mm (3 x 9mm).
Glue: WBP (MUF) / E1.
Material: Spruce or Fir.
Sanding: Double faced sanded & Coated.

Our three ply shuttering panel is for construction use, the function is the same as film faced plywood, it has other names, such as 3 layer shuttering panels, 3 ply shuttering panel, and triply shuttering panels, etc. In various countries, construction projects adopt alternative film faced plywood, Phenolic-Resin Coated shuttering plywood. Woods Three Ply Shuttering Panels are made of 3-ply softwood strips. The wood species can be European/American Spruce, Douglas-Fir, and Chinese Fir, etc.The moisture content is less than 13%, normally; it is between 10%-12%.
Both sides of the panels have a MUF protection coating in light yellow color and alkaline proof and to avoid humidity. It is treated by under high temperature and pressure. The edge is protected by yellow water proof paint.
